The "Trading Company" in addition to having forty three upscale residential units has nearly fifteen thousand sqaure feet of professional office space on the ground floor making it the premiere business adress in Morganton. Presently we have the management offices for the "Trading Company", Stock Properties, Mental Health Partners, Edward Jones Investments, Thomas Insurance Agency, The Burke County Board of Realtors and the Burke County Multiple Listing Service, Lytle Appraisal Company, the Law Offices of Timothy J. Rooks and coming in December our full service coffee shop and eatery, Cafe 305.

At present we have two smaller individual spaces available ranging from 265 to 400 square feet and two larger suites from 340 to 1,600 square feet.  These larger suites are awaiting upfit and completion to someone's specifications.
